Thanksgiving/Vacation/Birthday

Last week was so incredibly busy for us!!
Sunday we headed down south to my parents' house. On the way we stopped at my fav aunt and uncle's to have a birthday breakfast with my little cousin Gavin. (his birthday is the same week as mine) We ate crepes and really enjoyed seeing the family.
My awesome cousins, Syd, Gavin, Jake, & Jed

Then we continued south 'til we made it to my parents' house. We stayed the night, then headed over to Vegas to have a much needed mini vacation! We stayed at Planet Hollywood, and had the most gorgeous view!
The first night we went over to the Cheesecake Factory to have my birthday dinner (yum yum!) We both had pasta and got a few amazing slices of cheesecake to share.
Tiramisu Cheesecake and Keylime Cheesecake.
I highly recommend both! When we were done there we headed to Coca Cola World and did their "Tastes of the World" soda sampler.
They were all pretty good except the Beverly soda from Italy. Nasty in a cup!

The next day we did some shopping and sight seeing, and that night we went and saw "The Phantom of the Opera" Vegas Spectacular!!
It was so amazing!! The Venetian built this amazing theater for it and it was such a beautiful performance!! I'd see it again! Definitely my fav part of our trip there.

Our room at PH was awesome!!! We got the "Super Mario Bros" Suite
which was absolutely perfect for us. (You didn't get to choose the room's theme)
We definitely enjoyed our short stay there. It was nice to relax and to be alone!
We headed back to St George on Wednesday, and when we got back we helped my Mom make pies
and get ready for Thanksgiving. We had a very small Thanksgiving this year (smallest I have EVER been to) with just my Mom, Dad, Dan, Sky, and of course me. Oh and I can't forget Bella
:D It was really very nice and quiet and we could focus on all the things we are grateful for. Not to mention there were tons of delicious leftovers!! The boys (Sky & Dan) braved Black Friday at 3am, and they are nuts. The rest of the weekend we relaxed,
watched movies,
shopped, my mom taught me so very much about sewing, we made gift tags on my cricut, visited my dad at work, played tons and tons with Bella kitty, and had a very very nice time!! Thanks so much for everything Mom and Dad!
Oh, and my birthday was Saturday, and it was fun we just relaxed and ate cake.
I can't believe I am 25 already!! For my present Sky gave me a super nice camera that I have been wanting forever and the trip to Vegas.
It was perfect!! Such a great birthday!
