I made and sold my very first order last week! (the purple apron) And I'm doing some adorable matching Mommy/Daughter aprons for one of my cousins. And the lady that custom ordered my first (purple) apron just asked me to make another for her grown up daughter! I am very excited about all of this!
I have been having SO very much fun with my sewing machine. When I bought it I honestly didn't think I would be any good with it, but (not to toot my own horn) I am doing amazing!! I can't believe how much I've learned and how beautiful my stuff is turning out! I guess you never really know what hidden talents you have til you test them out! Sky was laughing at me the other day cause I have a HUGE pile of fabric stacked next to my machine, and it is all for various projects!
the bag is not just full...its OVERFLOWING!
I have waay to many projects to make, and I keep getting more! But I am having a blast!
In other news, I'm not really sure if I ever put this up, but Sky started at ITT Tech right before Christmas!! His first semester (quarter?) ends soon, and so far he is loving it!! Its nice cause the program is so accelerated and focused, and he will be done in about a year and a half. Other than that, nothing too much is new, we are just having a blast being together!!

Everything looks so great! You are "sew" talented! I don't think we will be up to Grandma & Grandpa Lund's this weekend though, so just hang on to that adorable little purse for little Ms. Alexis for now. Thank you again for making it, I know she will love it! She is such a little diva and every diva needs a great purse!
